Product Overview

This compact EVA laminating furnace produces EVA film laminated glass using a dual-layer design with two silica vacuum bags for efficient, high-volume processing. PLC automatic control and a touch screen enable precise, user-friendly operation, while the furnace handles glass up to 1500 x 3000 mm with a 400 mm bending depth and 36 mm thickness per bag. Each cycle forms up to 40 m² of laminated glass, delivering 100–125 m² per 8-hour shift.
